Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Turn Off the Machine: Ensure the vibration screen is off and has come to a complete stop before beginning any measurements.

  2. Select a Measurement Method: There are several methods to measure amplitude:

    • Stroke Plate: A stroke plate attached to the screen can visually show the amplitude by the movement of an indicator.
    • Dial Gauge: Place a dial gauge on the screen frame where it will not affect the oscillation.
