Basalt Crushing Process

Big basalt materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crushing, the basalt stone will be fed into cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. Then the broken basalt materials will be transported to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the aggregate that can meet requirements will be separated out as final products, while the remaining unqualified aggregate will be returned to cone crusher to have another crushing.This whole process can form a closed circuit for aggregate. Size of final products can be decided according to users’ specific requirements.

Calcite Crushing Process

Passing through a hopper, raw calcite materials are fed by vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher evenly and gradually for primary crushing. After first crushing, broken materials will be transferred by belt conveyor to impact crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed calciteparticles will then be transferred to vibrating screen for classifying. After classification, products in required size will be retained as final products, while the rest will be returned to the previous impact crusher for another crushing until getting all required sizes. In this way, the whole line completes a closed circuit crushing process. We can separate materials of different sizes according to users’ requirement.
